Here's a list of movies that make me think of St. Patrick's Day:
Braveheart (about Scotland, but filmed mostly in Ireland) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Braveheart
The Boondock Saints http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0144117/
P.S. I Love You http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P.S._I_Love_You_(film)
Waking Ned Devine http://www.commonsensemedia.org/movie-reviews/waking-ned-devine
Far and Away http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Far_and_Away
Darby O'Gill and the Little People http://www.commonsensemedia.org/movie-reviews/darby-ogill-and-little-people
One I've never seen that looks interesting: "The Secret of Roan Inish" http://homevideo.about.com/od/dvdsvideosbytitle/p/aaRoanInishDVDa.htm
I also thought of Billy Elliot, but turns out that film takes place in the UK. Anyone else have a good one?

1 Thoughts:
We watched Darby! I would have liked "The Quiet Man" but I would have had to fight for it. Seems like we had NCAA basketball, NCAA wrestling, Giants spring training, and some little person clamoring for "Octonauts!" most of the day.
